About me
You deserve therapy!
I am here to help. As an integrative counsellor with experience working with NHS Wandsworth and a diploma in Integrative counselling, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment, at your own pace. I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs, drawing from different therapeutic techniques to help you navigate challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck. Whether you need a listening ear or practical tools to move forward, I’m here to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery!
I offer online and phone counselling for adults.
We will start with a free 15 minute intro call, where we can talk briefly about what it is you are struggling with, how we might be able to work together and answer any more practical questions, in order to get a sense of each other and whether this might be a good fit!
If we decide it would be a good fit and you feel you would like to work with me, we will then have an initial 50 minute assessment session. This will be a little different from a regular counselling session as I will be doing more of the talking than usual, to go through practical elements and how we can work together, we will also spend more time exploring what it is that brings you to therapy.
Going forward, we will then have regular, weekly sessions, which will be 50 minutes each, at the same time each week.
Please feel free to get in touch here with any questions or to set up an intro call!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
