About me
Life doesn’t always go the way we planned. Sometimes it leaves us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, stuck, or just… not ourselves. If you’re here, maybe you’re looking for something to change and that is a great start.
What if things could feel better?
Therapy offers you space to slow down, breathe, and really listen to what’s going on inside. It’s not about quick fixes or trying to “fix” you, because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself, finding clarity, and gently working through whatever’s holding you back.
Potential Benefits of Therapy:
- A calmer mind when anxiety takes over
- More confidence in who you are and how you show up
- Stronger, healthier relationships
- A renewed sense of purpose or direction
- Space to be fully heard, maybe for the first time in a long time
- A lifted mood
About me
I’m an Integrative Counsellor with experience working within an EAP and NHS Wandsworth and, but more importantly, I’m someone who will meet you with empathy, warmth, and honesty. I tailor each session to you, because your story, needs, and pace are uniquely yours.
This is your space to be real, to feel, to grow. No pressure. No judgment. Just support.
We can meet online or by phone, whatever feels easiest and most comfortable for you.
The Next Steps
Step 1: A Free 15-Minute Call
This is just a relaxed chat. You can tell me a bit about what’s going on, ask any questions, and see how it feels to talk. No pressure, just two people connecting.
Step 2: Your Assessment Session (50 minutes)
In this first session, we’ll gently begin to explore you and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll explain how I work, a few more practical elements and we’ll figure out what support might look like for you. I may do a bit more of the talking in this session but it’s still a safe, collaborative space.
Step 3: Weekly Sessions (50 minutes each week)
This is where the real shift can happen, through steady, ongoing support. Each week becomes a place to check in, untangle what’s been heavy, and build toward the life you want. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
