About me

As an integrative counsellor, I offer a compassionate and supportive space for personal growth and emotional well-being. I believe each person is unique, and I tailor therapy to respect and honour your individuality. My work supports people facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, or simply a sense of being "stuck" or unsure of who they are.

I also support couples who may be struggling with communication, trust, or emotional closeness. Together, we work on building healthier ways of relating that encourage honesty, respect, and deeper connection.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone has the potential to grow and change. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you develop awareness, strengthen your self-esteem, set healthy boundaries, and create a more positive mindset. I know from my own journey how powerful these changes can be - and I am committed to supporting you in finding your own path forward.

  • Do you ever feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure which way to turn?
  • Have emotions become so heavy that even the most minor things feel too much?
  • Do you feel you've lost your sense of self in the middle of everyday pressures?
  • Was life once everything you wanted, only to realise it no longer feels enough?
  • Are you running through life instead of truly living it?

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. These could be signs of anxiety, burnout, stress, grief, or feeling lost in life - and therapy can help you find clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
