About me

Hi, I’m Katrina. Welcome to my page.

You're probably here because you’re a high performer who keeps everything together on the outside. But underneath, you might feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism and self-criticism. Perhaps the strategies that once helped you cope aren't working anymore. Or maybe you’ve experienced a recent diagnosis or life change, and now feel uncertain about who you are or what comes next.

When these struggles stay hidden, they quickly become isolating and exhausting. You may find yourself quietly battling anxiety, burnout, or depression. The pressure to keep going can make it harder to reach out, leaving you to manage everything alone. Over time, this can impact your confidence, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

With over a decade of experience in psychology and mental health, I am a Clinical Psychologist who supports people just like you. I offer a safe, warm, and non-judgemental space, where we can explore what's brought you to this crossroads, and find new ways of coping.

I often help people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties and/or burnout. I'm particularly passionate about helping adults to adjust to a late diagnosis of ADHD, informed by both my professional expertise and my lived experience. I also specialise in pain management and supporting adults adjusting to long-term health conditions.

Through our work together, you can gain clarity and begin to feel more like yourself again. With the right support, it’s possible to move forward with a deeper self-understanding, and the confidence to tackle life's challenges. You don’t have to keep managing this alone.

I am a recognised provider for AXA, Aviva, Cigna and WPA. My sessions are offered online, so wherever you are in the UK, I'm here for you. I also have some limited availability for face to face sessions when video is not possible.

Training, qualifications & experience

What I can bring to your sessions:

10 years of experience in the field of psychology: across various hospital and outpatient settings in the NHS and charity sector, including over 3000 hours specialising in delivering therapy for people experiencing chronic illnesses.

A safe space to talk: My clients tell me I’m able to create a space that allows them to talk about difficulties they have never opened up to anyone about before.

Why choose a Clinical Psychologist? Perhaps you’ve tried therapy before, but felt like the approach just didn’t fit what you were after. With a Clinical Psychologist, you are not limited to one way of delivering therapy. I’m able to bring in tailored, doctoral-level expertise from a range of different evidence-based therapies, to talk about your problems AND provide strategies to overcome them, beyond the scope of counselling or other forms of therapy. If you want to learn practical skills and strategies to make lasting changes in your life, Clinical Psychology is the best fit for you.

Qualifications:
