About me
Operating in Suffolk, I work with individuals and young people (16+) to help them navigate life when it feels difficult.
My career spans two decades across the mental health and education sectors. I began my professional path as a qualified teacher working within a variety of settings both locally and internationally.
Following my classroom experience I moved into the charitable sector to lead services for children and young people. Today alongside my therapy practice, I mentor students online and also have spent the last two years providing professional counselling as a volunteer for Suffolk Mind.
I am trained in the Human Givens approach which is tailored for swift progress. My approach isn't about repeatedly revisiting painful memories or embarking on long journeys of self discovery.
I ensure each session targets your unique objectives and we work together to meet your emotional needs. In a kind confidential space, we will look to restore your confidence and make a life that works for you.
I provide a free 15 minute conversation, to ensure that we are the right fit, as finding a counsellor that you feel comfortable with is vital. We take sessions on a session by session basis.
