About me
You may be arriving here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or harder to carry alone. Perhaps you're caught in patterns you can't quite shift, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or self-criticism, or noticing the same relationship dynamics repeating themselves. However you've found your way here, you're welcome. My role is to offer a calm, steady space where you can explore what's happening inside you - at a pace that feels right.
I work with adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and feel more grounded in their everyday lives. Together we can look at the beliefs, emotions and relational patterns that shape how you move through the world. For some people this means exploring long-standing experiences that still echo today; for others it's about finding clarity around a specific challenge, strengthening coping strategies, or creating more compassionate ways of relating to themselves.
As a fully qualified therapist with an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, I tailor our sessions to your needs. I draw on Gestalt, Psychodynamic therapy, and CBT as different ways of understanding your inner world — whether that’s exploring how past experiences still echo today, staying close to what’s happening in the present moment, or working with unhelpful thinking patterns. Together, these approaches help you make sense of your experiences and move toward a steadier, more connected way of living.
The relationship we build is central. I offer a confidential, relational environment where you can feel seen, understood, and supported - a foundation that allows genuine self‑exploration and meaningful change.
If you’re wondering what the first step might be, I offer an initial conversation to help you get a sense of whether working together feels right. There’s no pressure or expectation - just a chance to talk, ask questions, and explore what you need.
Email is the quickest way to reach me. I reply personally within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri), and I encourage you to check your spam folder just in case my response lands there.

Further information
Alongside my clinical practice, I also work within Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), where I specialise in Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Single‑Session Therapy. In this space, people facing an immediate stressor, sudden change, or acute challenge often don’t need months of therapy to feel relief. Instead, the work is highly focused and collaborative — helping you uncover existing strengths, build immediate coping strategies, and identify practical, actionable steps so you can move forward with clarity right away.
