About me
I see being a therapist as a sacred duty to both teach, cheerlead and support; I try to embody all of these facets. My main aims in sessions is to help you feel heard, validated and focus of how to move forward, at your own pace. Everybody is slightly different so I focus on established person-centred therapy plans using on evidence-based research. For some therapy is brief but for more complex and embedded challenges the journey can be longer, however I remain guided by your goals.
I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2019 for the NHS and corporately. I offer one to one individual sessions for a small group of clients.
I specialise in both low and high intensity CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and have further developed skills in third-wave therapies such as mindfulness, ACT etc. I am well experienced working with adult men and women, 18+, and neurodiverse people with a variety of mild to severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
