About me
Anxiety, Relationship Issues - Depressive Feelings - Lack of Confidence, Anger. I offer individual counselling for Adults and Couples to help with a range of issues. To find out more about the work I do with couples please visit my website. It may be you carry an underlying sense of emptiness or unhappiness, this can lead to feelings of confusion, murkiness or conflict and you may just need help to unravel the tangle. Alternatively you may feel that you need to deal with a specific issue or trauma.
How Can Counselling Work for You?
Psychodynamic Counselling is concerned with helping you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, experiences and behaviour, past and present, conscious and unconscious. Sharing feelings, thoughts and fears can not only ease mental pain but also bring fresh insight, helping you to understand and make sense of things that may feel confusing. This can facilitate change and help you move forward in your life, particularly if you are feeling stuck.
Counselling may be an effective way of offering you the space to think about, explore and talk about issues that may be concerning you or affecting the quality of your life. This is offered in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
