Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor MNCPS

About me

I'm an Integrative therapist, offering a holistic approach that honours each clients unique experiences and emotions, embracing individuality and diversity. My approach is both compassionate and collaborative, informed by Psychodynamic, Humanistic, T.A (Transactional Analysis) and Attachment- based theories to support emotional insight. I blend practical tools with space for meaningful exploration in a calm, supportive environment, where you feel truly seen and heard.  At it's core, integrative therapy values the therapeutic relationship as central to healing, while recognising that different clients benefit from different methods at different times.  Through a strong therapeutic relationship, new perspectives and self awareness can emerge, fuelled by proven techniques and the deep understanding that grows when you feel supported, encouraged and free to explore what matters most to you without fear of judgement or expectation.

My role is to listen deeply, to help you explore and express your inner thoughts, feelings and behaviours and as we reflect together on what you bring, deeper meanings will emerge, offering new perspectives, empowering you to create lasting change.

You are very welcome to email me to arrange a free 20 minute phone call to  answer any questions you may have and to see if I'm the right person to support you.
