About me
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, emotionally exhausting, or difficult to navigate alone. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship or family difficulties, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel manageable. At other times, a significant life event such as bereavement, illness, caregiving responsibilities, separation, burnout, career change, or retirement can leave you feeling lost, uncertain, or disconnected from others.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where we can explore what you are experiencing at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and down-to-earth, with a focus on exploring your experiences, emotions, relationships, and the challenges you are facing in a way that feels manageable and grounded.
Alongside supporting a broad range of emotional and mental health difficulties, I have particular experience working with grief and bereavement, serious or chronic illness, caregiver responsibilities, and life transitions. I also understand the pressures that can come with balancing work, relationships, caring responsibilities, and the expectations we place upon ourselves.
Therapy is not about being judged or “made to feel better.” It is about having space to pause, reflect, process difficult experiences, and find ways of moving forward that feel more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
I offer in-person sessions in Chichester (Tuesday & Thursday) and Portsmouth (Saturday), alongside online therapy across the UK, with some evening and weekend availability.
If you feel we may be a good fit, you are very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
