About me

Do you constantly look after needs of others and would like to become better at looking after yourself? Is it hard for you to have meaningful relationships and would you like to open yourself to receiving more love and attention?Do you judge yourself harshly and would like to learn how to have more compassion for yourself? do you constantly run on empty and would like to feel more energised?

I specialise in working with people who had difficult childhoods and who feel that their past experiences shaped the way they relate to themselves and the world. You might experienced neglect, abuse, abandonment or loss as a child, or perhaps there were addiction or mental illness in your family.  if you feel that those experiences might be linked with your difficulties or lack of meaning and satisfaction in your adult life, please email me so we can arrange for a free brief conversation to discuss your problem and how therapy might help.

Apart from talking therapy, I also like to work creatively, using storytelling, art, play, archetypes, and bodywork when appropriate. I adapt my tools to client's needs and preferences.
