About me

About me

Hello, my name is Karolina - a passionate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT ) therapist dedicated to helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve their personal goals with the right support and tools.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, collaborative, person-centred, culturally sensitive, practical and compassionate. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, sleep difficulties, self-confidence, long-term conditions, PTSD or unhelpful thinking patterns, I provide a safe and supportive environment where we can work together to understand what’s holding you back and develop strategies that empower you to move forward.

I am enthusiastic about helping my clients gain insight and understanding of their difficulties, build healthier habits, strengthen emotional well-being, and gain greater confidence in independently managing life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel understood, heard, supported, and equipped with evidence- based techniques that can make a real difference in your everyday life. I am a strong believer that a therapeutic relationship is the core foundation of successful therapy. I adapt user-friendly language in my sessions and abstain from psychological jargon.

If you are ready to take the next step towards positive change, I would be delighted to support you on your journey.
