About me
Hello and welcome.
I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Family Counsellor, offering supportive spaces for children, young people, parents, carers, and families.
I understand that family life can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly during times of change, conflict, or emotional difficulty. My aim is to provide a calm, compassionate space where thoughts and feelings can be explored safely, helping individuals and families feel more connected, understood, and supported.
I offer both Parent Space and Family Space, creating opportunities to reflect on relationships, improve communication, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and those around you.
Parent Space
Online support sessions for parents and carers, offering time to pause, reflect, and gain insight into family dynamics. Together, we can explore challenges, develop supportive strategies, and strengthen communication and connection with your children. These sessions also provide an opportunity to think about your parenting approach and the impact it may have within your family relationships.
Family Counselling
A supportive and inclusive space for family members of all ages to come together to improve communication, work through difficulties, resolve conflict, and strengthen relationships. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each family, helping everyone feel heard and understood.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a UKCP Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, a Couples Counsellor and a Relate Family Counsellor. My primary interest is in early intervention with children and supporting parents.
I am also the Lead Therapist in two primary schools where I manage services overseeing teams of trainees and therapists. I work therapeutically with children and parents and run emotional wellbeing groups.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
