About me

Hello, my name is Julie Flower and my company is called Peaceful Minds, which is part of a bigger company that I own called Conscious Connections.

I am a fully qualified life coach, counsellor and hypnotherapist and an Emotional Freedom Technique, reiki and access consciousness practitioner. I am also a spiritual life coach and counsellor.

I have been running my company for five years and my vision is to help as many people as possible step into their true meaning and purpose, living their own unique life experience based on their core values. This desire stems from my own experience.

i bring together an unique combination of talking and energy thearapies to help find the real you and enable you to live a more balanced, peaceful and joyful life.

Would you like to wake up each morning full of vitality and excited to start the day?

Would you like to step into your meaning and purpose and create a lifestyle that suits your soul?

Would you like to enjoy meaningful relationships, a fulfilling career, fun-filled hobbies and financial stability?

Would you like to be peaceful, content and joyful?

Would you like to learn how to step away from the fears and blockages that have held you back?

We are meant to live joyful lives, which can be achieved by stepping into our power, finding our uniqueness, understanding and transforming negative life experiences and learning the lessons along the way to live our life’s with meaning and purpose. However, many people don’t know how to do this and instead they take a different path and live an unfulfilling life. I lived this type of life for many years, suffering with anxiety, depression and burnout until I turned it around to create a life full of joy and passion, I can help you do the same.

If you are ready to create the life you desire and find out who you really are, and you are willing to engage in the necessary steps to create change, please get in touch.

As a counsellor I will offer you a warm, friendly, nurturing, safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings and help you understand your perceptions, where they came from and how to change them if you wish to do so, often your counselling experience is the first time you have really been listened to and understood. I am a registered member of the BACP.

As a life coach I will help you find out who you really are and what you really want based on your core values. I can then help you to reach those goals and I will be there to support you as you overcome any challenges along the way.

Emotional Freedom Technique can help to remove trapped and emotional blockages, sometimes in minutes.

Hypnotherapy can help re-programme unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and is a great tool for relaxation.

Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed, if this happens an Access Consciousness Bars session may help to take you out of the stress response creating calmness in your mind, body and soul.

As a Spiritual counsellor and coach, I recognise that there is more to us than our personalities and I believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience. I seek to understand and address the whole person and create balance in all parts of self by taking into account belief systems, thought processes, personal energy systems, universal laws, karmic lessons, intuition and subconscious patterns. I look at the higher purpose of what your current challenges maybe and help you to understand the lessons that may be brought up for growth and evolution.

I offer a bespoke service as each client is completely unique, and this starts with the option of a free 20 minute telephone consultation in which I can assess your needs and you can decide if you would like to make an appointment.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
