Julia Melville MBACP Accredited Member UKRCP Registered
I offer 1:1 support, walking beside you as we explore and deepen your understanding of your relationship with yourself and others. We look at what you are wanting to create in your life and the psychological blocks that can get in the way.
I know that one of the most important and valuable aspects of this work is my relationship with you. I offer an empathic, warm, non-judgemental and confidential space to create a trusting relationship that will provide a safe space in which you can feel accepted as you are and understood. I will help you to understand why you feel the way you do. No one can change the past but looking at a situation in a different light can help you to move forward. We will also look at strategies to support you moving forward with your unlimited amount of potential.
I draw on over a decade of counselling and psychotherapy and I am fascinated by the connection of mind and body. I have added ThetaHealing®️ and Kundalini Yoga to my practice as well as Reiki. I also draw on my own life experiences knowing that we can change the limiting beliefs that hold us back to live a life feeling more fulfilled.
I am an accredited member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy www.bacp.co.uk) I receive regular professional supervision and my own personal coaching which is an essential part of my work.
