About me
Hi, I'm Judith. I am an experienced counsellor, and I work with adults who carry the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences, including growing up feeling unseen, misunderstood, or emotionally unsupported. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, shame, guilt, low self-worth, or a persistent feeling of never being "good enough." Together, we'll explore how these early experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and work towards lasting change.
Alongside professional training and lived experience, I bring compassion, curiosity, and honesty to my work. I offer a warm, supportive relationship, but I'm also willing to ask thoughtful questions, notice recurring patterns, and gently challenge beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop new ways of responding to life's difficulties.
I offer counselling online and face-to-face locally, providing a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
