About me

Are you feeling anxious and overwhelmed? Are you feeling like life is throwing everything at you all at once, and you cannot make sense of it, do you need to talk with someone to help you through it? I can help you to explore the causes of anxiety and depression and challenge those negative thoughts that cause you to doubt yourself, and your ability to complete tasks and achieve goals. I can support you through many situations including career changes, life changes, depression, bullying and workplace bullying. Together we can explore your loss of a relationship, friendship or loved one.

I am an experienced counsellor and can offer you a safe, nonjudgmental, confidential space to explore your concerns.  Together we can explore your past to find understanding and resolutions. We work at your pace, exploring your thoughts, feelings and emotions to address your concerns.

I work online, and I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your therapeutic journey of self-discovery.
