About me

Hi, I'm Josh. I work in a collaborative, client-led way meeting you where you are and focusing on what you're bringing. Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, worry, bereavement, grief, low self-worth, self-doubt, stress, change, work-related challenges, feeling like an outsider, or whatever life is bringing right now, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Counselling offers the opportunity to explore your values and beliefs, understand yourself more deeply, heal from past experiences, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. I aim to keep things straightforward and free from jargon, providing a non-judgemental space where we can discover what works best for you and help you become your own strongest supporter.

I offer both in-person and online sessions at times designed to fit around busy lives, including early mornings and evenings. If you'd like to find out whether we're a good fit, get in touch to arrange a free 15–20 minute consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm an accredited Integrative Counsellor with years of experience supporting people with wellbeing, and a qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by NCPS.
