About me
Do you or a family member struggle with stress and uncertainty in your life? Do you feel sad or overwhelmed? Would you like an opportunity to improve your well being and peace of mind.
I offer personal, professional and relaxed one to one sessions of integrative counselling. This is talking therapy, helping clients deal with all manner of issues; anxiety, family, relationships, work, addiction, abuse, anger. Counselling is an opportunity to take a step back from your busy life and take a few moments for yourself. Our work together will be based on trust and honesty. Together we find a neutral space to look at what is bothering you shed some light on aspects of your life where previously there may have been shade. Together we will clear the muddy the waters offering you deeper clarity on your process and how you deal with every day issues, larger longer term situations but ultimately your sense of self.
I offer long term or shorter periods of counselling. I am always aware that each person is an Individual, and as such different courses of treatment can be tailored to your personal needs.
Whether you’re an adult or adolescent, whatever is challenging you at the moment - Relationship issues, Anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, or any other problem. Call me we'll arrange a time to come for an initial free 30 minute session and take things from there.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
