About me

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or wishing to feel more satisfied in your relationships? Life can be difficult, and navigating it alone can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, ASD, and OCD who may experience anxiety, overwhelm,  burnout, or struggle with connection.

I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs — offering a practical and flexible approach that empowers you to move forward in a way that works for you. My goal is to help you find the freedom to be yourself so you can have more meaningful relationships and feel at ease in your life.

I provide a safe space for you.  We will explore your experiences and gather insight into your life, your identity, and your relationships. Together, we'll take practical steps to help you build the life you want.

I have years of experience working with a variety of clients and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I take an integrative approach under a pluralistic philosophy which means I fit the therapy to you, rather than trying to fit you into therapy. This approach naturally supports the individual attention neurodivergent individuals need. I am also familiar with those affected by Religious/Spiritual Abuse.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, get in touch today to explore how we can work together via a free 15min consultation.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
