About me

I aim to help you move forwards as quickly as possible. Using the most effective solution-focused techniques, I will empower you to deal with emotional distress, feel more positive and take back control of your life.

I will help you understand depression and how to lift it, and overcome anxiety issues, including trauma. I will also assist in developing skills so that your needs for security, affection, friendship, intimacy, pleasure and connection can be better fulfilled.

My approach builds on the latest proven techniques, identifying your strengths to bring about change. It's practical, positive and evidence-based.

I’ll help you relax deeply, feel better in each session and provide strategies to reach your goals. To support your progress, our time together will be structured, using measurable outcomes.

We are all born with an innate set of emotional needs. When these needs are met in balance, we are mentally healthy. My approach focuses on helping you better meet your needs and improve your life by developing your unique resources (which are usually greater than you think) while treating and overcoming barriers, such as unhelpful conditioning or trauma.

I offer an initial free phone consultation to discuss how I can best help you. I will be keen to understand the outcome you would like to achieve, happy to provide more information and answer any questions.

It's important to me you feel as comfortable as possible. I see clients in relaxed, private therapy rooms in North London and Central London on most weekdays.
