About me

Hi I'm Jon. I appreciate there is a lot to think about when choosing a Counsellor so thank-you for considering what I'm able to offer for you.

I work with adults and young people aged 13+ experiencing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and a range of emotional difficulties.

Life can be challenging, and at times it may feel like you're carrying more than you can manage alone.  I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel genuinely heard, and explore whatever is important to you at your own pace. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you move towards a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic, with greater confidence and hope.

I offer calm, supportive, and non-judgemental counselling where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted. I believe trust, respect, and understanding are at the heart of a strong therapeutic relationship, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, with compassion and without pressure, always feeling supported.

By looking for support, you’ve already begun the process. If you’ve read this far, I encourage you to take the next brave step and get in touch to see how we might work together. If you’re trying to make sense of something in your life, or simply need a space to talk, I’m here to listen. When you feel ready, please reach out and we can begin together.
