Jolanta Culpan MBACP Psychotherapist MNCS Accred, Clinical Hypnotherapist
In therapy, I listen and engage to support your realisations for a fresher view of reality. We talk through your concerns and expectations in most relevant and current therapeutic way.
Prior to the psychotherapy and hypnotherapy practice, which I started 5 years ago, I spent over 20 years in business taking on various roles: from managerial to secretarial and in between. During that time, I learnt to listen, give space, grow my self-awareness, tune in, understand and propose rather than impose. I witnessed and experienced the effects of stress, anxiety, body pain, lack of sleep. I learnt to deal with the pain of loss, helplessness, regret, rejection, shame, sense of emptiness and disappointment. And I also learnt that the only choice we don't have is not to choose.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
