About me
Our conversations can be two-fold: focusing on your immediate concerns - what must change first and, on your difficulties - how long ago and why they started. We can have a few sessions or start a more profound journey.
I can help with addiction, anxiety, compulsions, depression, grief and losses, emotional instability, impulsivity, ruminations, panic attacks, sensory overload, self-worth, identity, body-awareness, traumas, relationships and communication, jealousy, difficulties related to OCD, autism, ADHD and personality disorders.
Prior to psychotherapy, which I started practicing in 2016, I spent over 20 years in business taking on various roles in admin and management. I witnessed and experienced the effects of stress, body pain, lack of sleep, ongoing tension of fear of failure, a wicked cycle of hyperfocus, anxiety, sadness and depression.
While dealing with the pain of loss, helplessness, regret, rejection, shame, sense of emptiness and disappointment, I learnt to listen, give space, grow my self-awareness, tune in with openness and curiosity, wanting to understand, share and exchange.
I have also learnt that the only choice we don't have is not to choose. Believe, we all have a key to answers we're looking for. As I've found mine, I can help you with finding yours.
Over the years of practice, I can see that my personal journey is inseparable from my profession. And regard my integrity and personal growth equally important as knowing the newest or rediscovered techniques and approaches.
I truly believe that with a sense of peace and freed-up energy we can change our reality.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
