About me

I am an Accredited Integral Counsellor and came to talking therapy later in life having had a full, interesting and varied working life.

I work with long, medium and short term clients and use a problem solving and focussed approach. I am able to utilise a number of therapeutic techniques including hypnosis where appropriate.

I work with individual adults and work with a wide range of presenting issues. I am also a relationship counsellor and work with couples or individuals who present with relationship issues.

In my work with individuals I feel that for therapy to be effective, the client and therapist need to work together. I offer a relaxed, calming and safe environment for clients to explore their issues.

I work from home so am able to see you when it suits you, my overheads are limited and my fees reflect this.

I can work remotely by Zoom or telephone.
