About me

I am an Accredited Integral Counsellor and came to talking therapy later in life having had a full, interesting and varied working life.

I work with long, medium and short term clients and use a problem solving and focussed approach. I am able to utilise a number of therapeutic techniques including hypnosis where appropriate.

I work with individuals and feel that for effective therapy the client and therapist need to work together. I offer a relaxed, calming and safe environment for clients to explore their issues.

I work from home so am able to see you when it suits you, my overheads are limited and my fees reflect this.

I am now able to provide relationship counselling for couples and individuals. This service is provided by webcam.
