About me

I run a small psychotherapy from London, Hackney. I work from my home, and online. I also sometimes visit clients in their homes if accessibility is an issue.

I believe in making therapy accessible to people who may not think it’s for you. I work with those dealing with early life trauma, loneliness, shame, addiction, relational difficulties, anxiety/depression, gender/sexuality, grief and questions of life purpose. I practice a trauma-informed gestalt therapy, which means I place emphasis on responding to you as a fellow human being.

Money need not be a barrier. I ask that you pay what you can afford.

I also run therapy groups periodically. Please register your interest if you wish to join a group.

Get in touch to see if I can help you. Either via my website, email or by phone - 07791 282812
