About me

I won’t tell you to just take a bath—because let’s be real, that’s not how you deal with anxiety.

Long-term struggles like anxiety, stress, or past trauma aren’t things you can just wash away with a bit of self-care. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to turn, I offer a space where you can talk, be heard, and actually work through what’s going on—without judgment, and without clichés.

I take a down-to-earth, empowering approach to therapy. That means no stiff, clinical vibe—just real conversations where you are at the center. No generic advice, no “just think positive” nonsense—just genuine support to help you tap into your own strengths and start making sense of things.

A little about me: I’ve had my own experiences with trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Everyone’s journey is different, but I understand how hard it can be when your mind feels like it’s working against you. You could say I speak the language of mental health struggles fluently.

My approach? A mix of different therapy styles (a.k.a. integrative counselling), so we can tailor things to what actually works for you. Some sessions might be about getting things off your chest. Others might include mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioural strategies, self-soothing (like havening), deep imagery, or even creative exercises. But some sessions could be about tapping into those long forgotten feelings that truly challenge you to think—whatever helps you feel more in control of your life.

As a young, global majority male counsellor, I get the pressures our generation faces—burnout, self-doubt, relationships, identity struggles, financial stress, and that constant 'what am I even doing with my life?'  feeling. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

No pressure, no expectations—just reach out via email or phone, and we can set up a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. And if I feel like someone else might be better suited to help, I’ll be honest—because you deserve the best support possible.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
