About me
Jo Grigg Therapy: A Safe Space to Connect and heal: Therapy that works for you.
Location: Hassocks, West Sussex (In-person, Online, and Telephone Sessions Available)
Hi, I’m Jo. I’m a counsellor, therapist, supervisor, and proud dog owner. I love gardening, creating art, and baking cakes in my spare time.
Life experience makes you who you are: individual and unique, but life’s challenges change you and move you in a different direction, whether through choice, necessity or plan. These changes can alter your perspective, and you may find yourself questioning your “Why”.
At Jo Grigg Therapy, I offer a compassionate, confidential, and relaxed space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a safe place to be yourself, I’m here to provide that support and understand your needs.
Life can get overwhelming, and it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself. When we push our emotions aside, it can lead to stress, confusion, and even physical health issues. Prioritising your mental well-being isn’t always easy, but it’s a crucial step toward healing and growth.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining Person-Centred Counselling with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand and challenge negative thoughts and behaviours. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in making changes toward better mental health.
If you're ready to take that first step, I’m here to help guide and support you through it - every step of the way.
