The Choir named Choir-Ability will perform their song on the BBC One Show as part of the celebrations for this year's Royal Wedding of Prince Henry of Wales (Harry) and Meghan Markle. Due to Prince Harry's conviction to support people suffering from Mental Health issues through the Charity 'Head Space'. I was honoured to be asked to be the Independent Counsellor on site providing re-focussing and grounding techniques to enable individuals applying to be in the Choir, to get through their audition.
