About me
I am a qualified psychotherapist and a MNCS accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
I am an integrative counsellor with the focus of creating a safe space for you to explore and process your feelings in an environment that is genuine and non-judgemental. As an integrative counsellor, I have different approaches I can use to ensure that the sessions you get are tailored to your needs. The different approaches I use are CBT, Psychodynamic, person-centred and hypnotherapy.
I have a level 5 professional diploma in psychotherapy and counselling which compliments my level 4 counselling.
I have over 2 years of counselling experience which has been delivered face-to-face, online and telephone.
My practice is in Cranfield, Bedfordshire. My fee is £45 per session and I offer counselling students a special rate of £25 per session.
