About me
Counselling and therapy in a safe, comfortable and private setting
Are you feeling overwhelmed, caught in a loop of thoughts, or simply longing for a space where you can speak freely and be truly heard?
I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you’re met with empathy and without judgement - a space to explore your thoughts and feelings safely, at your own pace.
I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a Member of the BACP, with person-centred therapy at the heart of my practice. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a Member of the BACP, with person-centred therapy at the heart of my practice. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience.
My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your goals, themes, and personal narratives. I support clients with a range of presenting issues, including:
- Anxiety
- Low Mood
- Depression
- Bereavement
- Stress
- Relationship Issues
- Self Confidence
- Negative Thoughts
- Suicidal Thoughts
Depending on your needs, I may integrate CBT techniques to support changes in thinking and behaviour, or draw on psychodynamic insights to deepen our therapeutic relationship and gently explore long-held patterns that may no longer serve you.
Each session is led by you. I work collaboratively, always guided by your agenda, to help you gain greater self-understanding and clarity.
As a qualified counsellor based in North London, I offer online therapy to clients across the UK. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be listened to with care and curiosity, and I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you're facing a specific issue or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you - with compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to your growth.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
