About me

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I primarily offer online therapy, providing flexible and accessible support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Face-to-face sessions are also available in Newark and Nottingham.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, loneliness, low self-esteem, and confidence issues. My approach is pluralistic, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models to shape our work together - always guided by what feels most helpful to you. This might include elements of humanistic therapy, psychodynamic insight, cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT), dialectical behaviour strategies (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

By working collaboratively, we can explore what's most useful at different stages of your journey. Whether you're looking to understand the roots of your struggles, develop coping strategies, or focus on your goals for the future, I'll support you with a tailored, flexible approach that fits who you are and where you are in your life.
