About me

As a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, I specialise in helping adults gain clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

Sometimes growth begins not with a crisis, but with a quiet realisation that something needs to shift. Perhaps you’re struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, low confidence, or a sense that you’re not living up to your potential. You may be facing a career change, relationship shift, or a deeper question about purpose and direction. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to work through it alone.

Together, we explore what may be holding you back and create practical, lasting shifts that support both your wellbeing and performance - personally and professionally. My approach is integrative and tailored to you. This means we don’t just talk about problems - we work actively towards the changes you want to see, at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer therapy for adults (18+) on both a short- and long-term basis. Our work is collaborative, structured around your goals, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and honestly. If you're ready to move forward, or even just curious about what therapy might offer, feel free to get in touch for an initial conversation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, and am registered with the CNHC. I have an MSc Psychology and alongside my private therapy practice, I work with individuals and organisations worldwide, delivering training and coaching on leadership, mindset and mental health.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I use integrative psychotherapy to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - drawing on a range of approaches to suit your unique needs. Grounded in the person-centred belief in your potential, I also take an outcome-focused approach, working collaboratively to help you access inner resources and create meaningful change.  This can be helpful for exploring issues such as: finding purpose, managing wellbeing, high performance and coping skills.
