About me
I offer calm, professional counselling for adults who feel ready for things to change. In our one-to-one sessions in Bath or online, you’ll be met with warmth, respect, and care. Together, we can gently explore what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I provide counselling for people looking for positive change in the following areas:
- Getting on with life, but feeling stuck, flat, or quietly overwhelmed.
- Carrying anxiety, low mood, or persistent self‑doubt.
- Struggling with relationships, boundaries, or direction.
- Wanting depth and reflection, not advice or quick fixes.
How counselling works
I offer a regular, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be difficult to work through alone.
Sessions are collaborative rather than directive. We pay attention to what’s happening in the present, while also making sense of past experiences where relevant.
Counselling can be short‑term or open‑ended, depending on what you need.

Training, qualifications & experience
I’m a trained Integrative Counsellor offering a calm, grounded approach. I work collaboratively, paying attention to both what’s said and what’s harder to put into words. My role isn’t to fix you, but to help you make sense of your experience and find your own direction.
My approach is thoughtful, steady, and relational. I’m interested in how people make sense of themselves and the world, and how change happens over time.
I am qualified to Level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, registered with the NCPS, and hold current DBS clearance. My practice is guided by their ethical standards, supported by regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and professional indemnity, in accordance with UK legal and professional frameworks.
