About me

Hi, I'm Jen! (She/Her)

I am a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD), feminist, trauma-informed therapist, but most importantly I am human. Therefore I fully understand that being human can be very messy and a massive struggle at times.

My experience is mostly with trauma, issues with parents/childhood and domestic abuse, so I understand how trauma/abuse can have a massive impact on people just surviving day to day.

However, I can also help with easing and getting to the root of depression, and anxiety, help setting boundaries/people pleasing to let you take control of your life, low self-esteem and making yourself a priority.

I have a warm relaxed approach which I use to build rapport and to make you feel comfortable enough to share, explore, and work with what's going on within you. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment, where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and also feel seen, heard and valued.

I tailor every session to each client individually, making sure they suit your unique needs, depending on what you are going through and need in that moment. I believe that you are the expert of you, and that you have the strengths and answers within you that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you.

Together we’ll celebrate your wins, learn from your experiences, and help empower you to make the changes that allow you to be your true self.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take a lot of courage, and you should be so proud of yourself for doing this! If you think we will be a good fit, I'm here to support and empower you when you're ready.

I look forward to hearing from you :)

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are £45 each. I do offer an hour-and-a-half sessions at £80. I currently don't have any spaces for fortnightly or lower-priced sessions at the moment.

Please note, that I only have Tuesday and Friday mornings and afternoons available currently.
