About me
Hi, I’m Jenn, an accredited therapist (MNCPS Accred) offering a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative space for you to explore whatever’s going on in your world. I work in-person, online and by phone - supporting clients with a range of challenges including anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic models to tailor our work to you - whether that’s exploring patterns from the past, navigating current struggles, or supporting you to feel more grounded and empowered in yourself. I work at your pace and aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and truly met.
How I work
Sessions are 50 minutes and currently offered in-person and remotely (Zoom, phone call or text) I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy.
I work with adults and children.
Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs.
What brings you here?
You might be feeling stuck, burnt out, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are or what you need. You don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can be a space to reflect, reconnect, and move toward the life you want to be living - whatever that means for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an accredited registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), trained in counselling and psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in person-centred and psychodynamic ways of working, which I adapt to suit each individual client and their unique experiences.
I work in private practice with clients of all ages, supporting a range of emotional and relational difficulties including anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and low self-worth. My way of working is reflective and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a safe and consistent space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.
Alongside my private practice, I have also gained experience working within a private high school setting, supporting adolescents with similar presenting issues.
I am committed to maintaining safe, ethical practice and place importance on ongoing reflection and professional development. I regularly engage in clinical supervision and continued training to ensure my work remains thoughtful, informed, and effective.
