About me
My approach as a therapist is pluralistic, holistic and integrative, this allows me to pull upon many approaches to suit my clients, as opposed to making my clients fit yet another box. My clients are the ones to lead. The focus is very much on you, and working on your inner self.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, accredited by the NCPS. I offer face to face counselling and psychotherapy in the Henley and Basingstoke area as well as online. My background has been education and journalism where I have worked in a number of mental health areas for 15 years. Having travelled a lot I have great cultural awareness which led to my interest in working with all types of people. At Inner Landscape we help create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore these freely.
Life can get messy and I find initial sessions with clients can be an untangling proccess. Getting to the root of these experiences can be challenging, painful or liberating, but the results can often be extremely effective. When we can’t always make sense of our behaviours or emotions, clarity can become a huge relief.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
