About me

*ONLINE availability anywhere in the UK*

I am a qualified integrative counsellor helping people (including young adults 11-18) with a wide range of issues. I offer a warm, non-judgemental and friendly space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and life experiences.

Together we can explore the past and present and see where the sessions take us. Maybe you have overwhelming feelings that you can not explain, perhaps you are experiencing relationship difficulties, or it could be that you feel a little bit lost and confused.

I have experience working within a Grammar School working with young adults and children to support their needs, this has covered anxiety, depression, OCD, childhood trauma and health anxiety.

I am currently working within an agency which supports survivors of domestic violence and abuse along side my private practice.

Having gained experience from an addiction recovery centre, being able to offer a non-judgemental and safe environment when feeling at their most vulnerable I understand how important it is show unconditional positive regard and understand the person not the behaviour.

Using a client-centred approach, I draw on a range of theoretical ideas enabling individuals to explore their issues and develop greater self-awareness. These include Person-Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic Theory.
