About me

Are you feeling disconnected from the person you used to be, or struggling to bridge the gap between you and your partner? Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of self-doubt, repeating patterns in your relationships, or simply yearning for a deeper sense of clarity and confidence. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.

My approach

I believe in creating a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s really been going on for you (or you together). I draw on both a relational and integrative foundation, adapting to the needs of individuals and couples.

I support:

  • Individuals seeking to renew self-confidence
  • Clarity and meaning
  • Couples wanting to rebuild connection,
  • Improve communication and navigate transitions

People dealing with:

  • anxiety
  • low mood
  • relationship conflict
  • trauma
  • life changes
  • or feeling ‘stuck’

What we’ll work on

In our sessions, I will support you to:

  • Understand and transform unhelpful patterns so you can free yourself from “repeating the same story”
  • Increase self-awareness and compassion so you can engage with your life (and relationships) from a place of choice, not reaction
  • Build stronger, more authentic connections to yourself and to others
  • Find practical, tailored ways to manage the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are holding you back

Why choose to work with me?

With a background blending beauty-business entrepreneurial experience and therapeutic training, I bring a unique lens: I understand both the pressures of performance and the deeper human need for connection and wholeness. I’m committed to creating an empowering, growth-focused environment where you feel seen, heard and supported.
