About me
You want something to be different, you want to stop feeling the way that you do, but don't know where or how to start? You've already made the biggest step by reaching out. I can help you to feel better, create balance in your life, leave the past in the past and start looking forwards to a more positive future.
I'm passionate about supporting my clients to become the best version of themselves. I will tailor our sessions to suit your needs and adapt that support as we work through whatever may be holding you back. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment allowing us to explore difficult feels and emotions and focusing on positive outcomes.
I work with teens, adolescents, adults and couples. Sessions can be goal focused within a set number of session or open ended depending on your preference. I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss how I may be able to help.
