About me
Many people are working hard to hold it together on the outside while suffering underneath. That's where I can help.
I am a Clinical & Coaching Psychologist with 20 years' experience helping people navigate a range of psychological (e.g., low self confidence), mental health (e.g., depression, anxiety), and neurodiversity-related (ASD) challenges at home and in the workplace. My approach is down-to-earth, practical, structured, collaborative, and warm. I have particular expertise helping people manage mental health issues and neurodiversity in the workplace. I am also an active researcher and professor of clinical psychology.
I offer professional clinical and coaching services to clients addressing various workplace well-being and performance challenges. I am trained in several evidence-based talking therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, CBT; Mindfulness; Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, ACT; Compassion-Focused Therapy; CFT).
The best way to start is with a free video discovery call, so we can decide together whether I'm the right fit for you. There's never any obligation to book further sessions, only if and when you feel ready. Please note that I only provide video sessions, not in-person appointments.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2004 after completing several years of undergraduate and postgraduate education/training. After initially working in adult mental health, I began private practice work in 2009 alongside other clinical and academic roles.
Qualifications: PhD, DClinPsych, MSocSc, BSocSc

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
