About me

Feeling stuck? Overthinking everything? Or just tired of feeling the way you do?

Maybe you're constantly worrying about what might go wrong, replaying conversations in your head or feeling like you can never quite switch off. Perhaps anxiety or panic is making everyday situations feel harder than they should, intrusive thoughts are taking up too much space, or you've noticed yourself falling into the same patterns over and over again.

Or maybe it's something completely different. You've been through a difficult experience, you're struggling with your confidence, or you simply don't feel like yourself anymore.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out!!!

A little about me and how I work

I'm Jasmine, an accredited therapist and the person behind revu, offering online therapy to adults across the UK. I'm also a whippet mum, love tattoos, podcast and audiobook obsessed and a real-life human!

I believe therapy should be shaped around you, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of working.

For some people, therapy is about having a space where they can talk openly, process difficult feelings and feel genuinely heard. For others, it's about understanding why they think, feel or behave in certain ways, recognising patterns that might be keeping them stuck and finding practical ways to make changes.

Often, it's a mixture of both.

My style is warm, conversational and down-to-earth. I'm curious, I'll ask questions, offer reflections and, when it's helpful, gently challenge the ways you might be thinking about something. I don't believe therapy needs to feel overly formal, and while we'll absolutely make space for difficult emotions, there's room for humour and being yourself, too.

What can we work on together?

I support people experiencing a range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety, excessive worrying and overthinking
  • OCD, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours
  • Panic attacks and feeling constantly on edge
  • Low self-esteem, self-criticism and confidence difficulties, trauma, including the impact of sexual abuse, difficult relationships and recurring patterns feeling overwhelmed, lost or stuck in life.

We can explore what's happening for you, make sense of where certain thoughts, feelings or behaviours might come from, and look at what could help you feel differently.

If you're looking for practical support, we can also explore tools, strategies and small changes to try between sessions. But there's no pressure to turn every conversation into an action plan. Sometimes having the space to process something is exactly what's needed.

What does online therapy look like?

I offer individual therapy online to adults throughout the UK, so you can attend sessions from somewhere you feel comfortable and private.

Our sessions are your time. Some weeks you might have lots to talk about, while others you might not know where to begin. That's absolutely fine.

I also recognise that starting therapy can feel daunting, particularly if you've never tried it before or haven't had the best experience in the past.

You don't need to prepare anything, find the right words or know exactly what you want to achieve.

We can work that out together.

Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is important. If something you've read resonates with you, you're welcome to get in touch and see whether we'd be a good fit. Or check out my IG for a better feel of who I am @revutherapy

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm an NCPS-accredited therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience working as a volunteer therapist with SHE UK, a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual abuse, exploitation and trauma.

This work has given me valuable experience supporting people with the emotional and psychological impact of trauma, including difficulties with anxiety, self-worth, relationships and feeling safe.

Before training as a therapist, I spent over 10 years working in PR and marketing, including senior leadership roles in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Having experienced the demands of these environments first-hand, I understand how difficult it can be to switch off, manage expectations, navigate workplace relationships and find a balance between your professional and personal life.

This experience also shapes how I work as a therapist. I understand that anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing and feeling overwhelmed don't always exist in isolation. They can be closely connected to the pressures we put on ourselves, the expectations of others and the patterns we've developed over time.

My approach is collaborative and informed by the individual needs of each client. I recognise that everyone's experiences are different and that therapy should move at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate for them.

I undertake regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to support safe, ethical and effective practice.
