About me

Hi, I’m Jasmin — a compassionate and experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) specializing in helping adults overcome low self-esteem and the challenges it brings.

If you often find yourself feeling not good enough, stuck in self-doubt, or overwhelmed by negative thoughts about yourself, you’re in the right place. I’m here to support you in building lasting confidence and a kinder relationship with yourself, so you can live life on your own terms.

With seven years of experience in mental health and two years focused specifically on CBT, I bring a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I believe therapy should feel human, relatable, and empowering — not clinical or overwhelming. That’s why I use clear explanations, helpful metaphors, and sometimes a touch of humor to make our sessions feel comfortable and meaningful.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep you feeling stuck, and I’ll guide you in developing practical tools that help you challenge unhelpful beliefs and build self-worth.

Our work is structured yet flexible, always paced according to what feels right for you. Whether you’re dealing with self-critical thoughts, anxiety, or past wounds affecting your self-esteem, I’ll support you in making sense of your experience and moving forward with confidence and clarity.

Sessions are available both face-to-face in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and online via video call — so wherever you are, you can access the support you need.
