About me
I'm Janine and I hope you invite me to join you in navigating this thing called life by offering you counselling sessions in person, online or by phone. Sometimes life experiences can affect you in ways you don't expect and it can knock the wind out of your sails. Perhaps you are experiencing a challenging life event, incident or trying to make sense of something that has happened in your past. You may be feeling a bit lost right now, experiencing anxiety, depression and self-doubt. Whatever your struggle is right now know that you don't have to bear the weight of that burden on your own.
I aim to build a trusting, collaborative relationship one in which you feel safe, accepted and confident to express yourself, feeling genuinely heard and able to discover your own solutions. I listen carefully to your experiences, valuing your perspective and inviting you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe that each of us carries a natural capacity for understanding ourselves and moving towards positive change, especially when we’re supported in the right environment. My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs, grounded in the belief that genuine connection and acceptance can foster resilience and lasting transformation.
