We all experience times in our life when we need outside support to help us work through difficult issues. While this support can be provided by family and friends, there are times when either they are too close to the problem, or the issues are such that there is a need to experience professional help. Even relatively small problems in life can become time consuming and start to affect your personal happiness; this is where counselling may be beneficial.
I can help with a range of problems:
- Depression, anxiety and emotional pain
- Grief and bereavement
- Relationship difficulties
- Low self esteem and confidence
- Traumatic experiences
I believe the therapist and client relationship is at the heart of any successful therapy. I offer reassurance that the following will always be offered to clients:
- Strict confidentiality
- Honesty and objectivity
- Assistance tailored to your individual circumstances.
I can offer you warmth, trust, empathy and compassion which will help you to feel more comfortable in sharing in a safe contained environment.
