About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of helping people with a wide range of emotional and physical difficulties. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches depending on the individual needs of each client. These include the humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches and EMDR. I am passionate about working with people and helping them to make sense of their difficulties. Furthermore, I am open, honest, attentive and consistent. These qualities, I consider to be central to my way of working with people and in helping them to develop greater awareness and confidence in managing their difficulties in a variety of settings. I am experienced in working with a variety of difficulties, including:

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
