About me

Are you at the kind of crossroads that success was supposed to prevent? Perhaps you've done everything right — the career, the responsibilities, the respectable life — and yet something feels quietly wrong. Not broken, exactly. Just not it.

I work with people navigating midlife transitions: the identity shifts, the quiet disillusionment, the sense that a chapter is ending and you're not sure what comes next. Whether it's a career change, a relationship in question, a growing awareness that you've been living someone else's version of your life, or simply that persistent feeling of is this really all there is — this is the territory I know well.

My approach is Psychosynthesis — a depth-oriented therapy that goes beyond symptom relief to ask the bigger questions: who are you, underneath the roles you've accumulated? And what does this next part of your life actually want to be?

I'm also an astrologer, and for clients who are open to it, I can draw on your birth chart as an additional lens — particularly useful for understanding timing, recurring patterns, and what might be trying to emerge in your life right now. You don't need to be a believer. Curiosity is enough.

I work in person at the Haslemere Clinic in Surrey, and online via Zoom. I'd love to offer you a free 30-minute conversation to see if we're a good fit.

  • Formerly a part of the Thrive Programme (designed to help those suffering from Emetophobia, a fear of vomiting or getting sick).
  • I also have extensive experience as an astrologer, and for clients who are interested, I can share insights about planetary cycles and how they mark crucial milestones in our lives.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
