Many people in their lives experience struggles with emotional pain and mental health problems which can feel as if things will always be this way. Talking therapy's are one of the most widely used therapy's available.
The benefits gained from being heard and understood are life changing when we realise we are no longer alone with our situation or problems.
My aim is to help you explore thoughts and feelings that are unique to you and which may affect your current well-being.

These may Include, anxiety, depression, life crisis, loss, bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress, or addiction. But it may be a much less well-defined sense of unhappiness with life, such as past influences or family problems. The safe and confidential space provided by a counselling relationship is where this work can be done at your own pace. Person Centred counselling provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space where you are able to explore your thoughts and feeling with the help and care that will be positive in looking at past, present, or sometimes painful feelings. If addiction to Alcohol or other substances and behaviors is a problem I can offer help as I work and specialize in this area, working with people who are in 12 Step recovery or are struggling to achieve abstinence.
