James Thorley - Counsellor and Supervisor MNCS(Accred)
My name is James, I'm a Person-Centred Counsellor and Supervisor. I offer individual and couples counselling also supervision.
Person-Centred Counselling is gentle, non-directive and values the relationship between client and counsellor.
You will be accepted just as you are without judgment and what you choose to bring to counselling will be truly heard with empathy and honesty in total confidence.
Confidentiality is the corner stone of counselling as trust between us will be important as we work together with what feels difficult and together we will be able to find ways to make the changes you may have been hoping for.
How can counselling help?
Counselling can help build confidence and self-esteem and when working with couples can help build communication and understanding. Feeling a sense of stuckness or difficulties with working out how to feel are often what brings people to therapy, but there is an answer.
I am passionate and committed to helping all my clients work towards a more comfortable sense of emotional well-being. I will work alongside you, guided by whatever you want to explore and any changes you would like to make.
Please contact me by phone or text on 07932 160750.
