About me
There is nothing quite like the feeling of relief, of a weight being lifted in the process of talking to someone you trust. Sometimes it is in the voicing of one’s struggles, fears and difficulties that one realises how deeply the nature of those struggles lies. There is relief too in the naming of their source .
I can help you find a way to your inner resource of healing, wisdom and strength. I can be someone you can talk to in confidence, in a safe and secure setting.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different forms of counselling to help identify a suitable approach to my client’s needs. My overarching approach is person centred and in combination with a uniquely intuitive perspective, I aim to enable a deeply responsive, collaborative, caring and creative experience.
