I utilise an integrative approach to the therapeutic relationship, providing skills and core conditions to you in an environment conducive to growth and therapeutic change. A pathway designed to improve the ability to select what is best suited to you and your issues and using diverse strategies without being hindered by theoretical differences, enhancing our work together and using other models when required.

Not all types of issues can be resolved through counselling and I would be congruent to advise you if I consider that some other form of support might be more appropriate to your personal needs and presenting issues.

Appointments are discreet and time bound, in order to further protect clients confidentiality.
