About me

Feeling stuck? At a crossroads in your emotional life or career? Even the strongest among us can feel lost, unsure, ambivalent, or unhappy at times. Using CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) & REBT (Rational Emotional Behaviour Therapy), I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive.

Life is full of uncertainty, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. You will learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
