About me
Hello, I’m Jacqueline, an integrative counsellor offering a warm, confidential space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, and life challenges, both in-person in Tooting and Earlsfield and online across the UK.
I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible.
Life can feel stressful and challenging at times, and counselling can help you navigate some of the difficulties you may be facing.
I offer a safe, empathic, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly about what has brought you to counselling. As an integrative counsellor, I recognise that everyone is unique, and I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs.
I provide a private and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and begin to move forward at your own pace.
I offer sessions face-to-face in Tooting and Earlsfield, as well as online or via telephone. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly, at the same time and day where possible.
We will work collaboratively towards greater self-understanding, emotional comfort, and a stronger sense of personal wellbeing. My approach is client-led, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore whatever is important to you.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, with regular reviews to reflect on your progress.
I also offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation. This is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to counselling and whether we feel like a good fit to work together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a free 20-minute telephone consultation to explore the reasons for you seeking counselling, how counselling might help and a little of how the sessions will work. Most importantly, this is an opportunity to see if we can work together.
Ultimately, you decide the number of sessions that you would like to have but normally if we agree to work together we would normally agree 8 sessions with a review after 6 sessions to reflect on the value of continuing our sessions.
During our telephone conversation, we will decide on a day and time to meet.
