About me

I am a qualified and HCPC registered dramatherapist, currently working in Bishops Stortford. With qualifications and experience working with children and adults, any age is welcome.

With techniques rooted in drama and psychology, dramatherapy brings the two together to offer a creative form of psychotherapy, which means we are able to use different elements alongside talking. If you are feeling stuck in any aspect of your life and feel like you could benefit from a space that is yours to express emotions and work through scenarios, then dramatherapy could be right for you. Using elements such as mindfulness, meditation, art, music, story-work and more, I am equipped with a wide range of tools to help you in whatever life is challenging you with.

Dramatherapy can help to explore emotions, develop self-awareness, build confidence, and address psychological or behavioural challenges. Sessions include various forms of creativity that is client-led, tailored to your specific needs and goes at a pace you feel most comfortable at. I understand that therapy can feel challenging, however, I hope to create a space where you are able to be yourself, feel safe and put your needs first.
